CONFIRM anti-Progesterone Receptor (PR) (1E2) Rabbit Monoclonal Primary Antibody

ثبت نشده
چکیده

CONFIRM anti-Progesterone Receptor (PR) (1E2) Rabbit Monoclonal (IgG) is intended for laboratory use for the qualitative detection of progesterone receptor (PR) antigen in sections of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue on a VENTANA automated slide stainer with VENTANA detection kits and ancillary reagents. CONFIRM antiPR (1E2) is directed against an epitope present on human progesterone receptor protein located in the nucleus of PR positive normal and neoplastic cells. CONFIRM anti-PR (1E2) is indicated as an aid in the management, prognosis, and prediction of therapy outcome of breast carcinoma.

Estimation of hormone receptor status and HER2 in cytologic cell blocks from breast cancer using the novel rabbit monoclonal antibodies (SP1, SP2, and SP3).

The determination of estrogen (ER) and progesterone (PR) receptor status has become standard practice in the evaluation of patients with invasive breast cancer, having important prognostic and therapeutic implications. HER2 assessment is important to evaluate the response to Herceptin (Trastuzumab) therapy for primary and metastatic breast cancer. This study is undertaken to compare rabbit mono...

A comparison between the novel rabbit monoclonal antibodies (SP1 and B644) and mouse antibodies for evaluating estrogen receptor in breast tumors

Background: A novel generation of rabbit monoclonal antibodies has been released recently for estrogen (ER) and progesterone (PR) receptor evaluation in breast cancer by immunohistochemistry. Aims: We compared novel rabbit monoclonal antibodies anti-ER SP1 (LabVision®) and B644 (Cell Marque®) to mouse monoclonal antibodies 1D5 (Dako®) and 6F11 (Novocastra®) using a tissue microarray of breast c...

The reliability of rabbit monoclonal antibodies in the immunohistochemical assessment of estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors, and HER2 in human breast carcinomas.

The reliability of the rabbit monoclonal antibodies SP1, SP2, SP3, and 4B5 was immunohistochemically assessed on a range of 96 invasive breast carcinomas and the results compared with those achieved with established antibody markers for estrogen receptors (6F11), progesterone receptors (PgR636), and HER2 (polyclonal A0485 and clone CB11), with HER2 status validated by fluorescence in situ hybri...

Monoclonal and Polyclonal Antibodies Specific to Human Fibromodulin

Background: The unique expression of fibromodulin (FMOD) in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) has been previously reported. Detecting FMOD in CLL patients using specific anti-FMOD mAbs might provide a promising method in detection, monitoring, and prognosis of CLL. Objectives: In this study, we aimed for producing specific antibodies agains...

EP1: a novel rabbit monoclonal antibody for detection of oestrogen receptor α

AIMS Assessment of hormone receptor expression is part of routine examination of every breast cancer. In this study, we report the characterisation of a novel rabbit monoclonal antibody, clone EP1, directed against oestrogen receptor (ER) α. Additionally, its immunohistochemical performance characteristics in archival tissues are evaluated in normal tissues and two distinct cohorts of breast ca...
